Transition to Self-Sufficiency

In order to enable a successful transition to independence, we support each resident as she strengthens her life skills and searches for affordable, permanent housing.

Residents typically move on from EHouse into permanent housing after achieving many, if not all, of the following goals:

• Save money for first/last/deposit
  
  
• Repair poor credit
  
  
• Accomplish academic goals and obtain gainful employment
  
  
• Stabilize any ongoing health issues
  
  
• Secure affordable housing
